happy rock

This has been awhile, but 2 Tuesdays ago, I went to a pub called La Piedra Feliz (translation - the happy rock, which rebecca kept using for it - not as pretty, as you can tell). It's so weird that places would have such official offers for int'l students. When we went to Club Cielo, they had a printout list of the PUCV exchange students, and at this place, it was free to enter again plus a free drink, and they also gave us a tour of the place before we went in to the dance floor to hang out. La Piedra Feliz is a very Valpo.-ish place - kind of cozy and antique feeling. The front part is more the pub part, with tables, a bar, and a little stage. Rebecca, Betty, and I went together and each had pisco sours - of course. We were super-giggly as well. After the tour, we went into the dancing room and salsa-ed together for awhile. It was fun. We didn't stay out too terribly late, though, because we had class the next day, and then we were going to Mendoza.
