What do I do with this?

If you confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
- Romans 10:9, NRSV

This verse was in today's Upper Room Daily Reflection. I tend to forget about these fairly clearly laid out verses in scripture that are the basis of the type of Christianity that I don't identify with. But it's not like these verses are for this group of people, those are for that group of people, etc. - all the scripture is for all of us. So, as I automatically cringe a little bit, thinking, so what about people that can't speak with their lips, what does "Jesus is Lord" really mean, what does "saved" mean, etc., I just wanted to make a note that I should look back at this verse some time - look at the context, etc.
