Ok - trying this again. This is the view from the ocean sciences building of the PUCV. They took us on a bus ride to visit some of the buildings of the university in Valpo. and Vi�a, so that we could find some of our classes. The ocean sciences building is on the southern edge of town. I think I can spot the Congress building toward the right, but we know how my sense of direction/geography is. Anyway - a part of the port that is Valpo.
