Shana informed me that cookouts are really big in Chile - usually with an array of meats - we had a sausage that starts with an l, and some beef, along with fresh guacamole, green beans, salad, and probably something else - along with Campasinero (or something like that) Sour Light, some wine, and soft drinks.
